The lastest rulings from the California Supreme Court is so broad that basically all Christians who oppose homosexuality have no say but to be force to do their will. For example: a homosexual couple comes to your church and express desire to be married. This church that believe in Biblical Traditional Doctrine of man and woman marriage has NO say. They have to perform the marriage. You may say but that ruling applies to Christian doctors who refuse to perform artificial insemination and has nothing to do with marriage. Well, remember it is the same court that created a "right" to homosexual "marriage." as well as the latest ruling is so broad that it covers almost every profession.
What if I come to your house and tell you that you must show pornography in your house three times a night when I am staying in your house as your guest. Otherwise, you are denying my right!!

That's so true. A lot of people are opposing to the Ban on gay marriage, and I'd like to hear their reasons. Most of the time, the reason tends to be "it's not fair". If heterosexual people have the right to do certain things, homosexual should too or else it's "discrimination". To make the government look more righteous (giving "freedom" to all citizens), laws are passed to give homosexual more freedom. I don't think that's going to do any good. What they're doing is helping these people to have more power, as if homosexual is normal.
Just random thoughts. It's late but I'll come back for more comments.

Thank you for your comment May. I agree with you and I believe you have ' hit the nail on the head.' They want 'more freedom' as you said compared to the rest of its citizen. In addition, they want special rights that none of us have, under the disguise of comparing this with slavery. Almost all African Americans find this as an affront and are disturbed by such hypocrisy. It is important to see through their smoke and mirror, for example what is wrong with two consenting adults when in love. At first glance it seems OK but why just stop there? Why not allow two consenting adults like brother and sister have sexual relationship or mother and son and you see my point. In addition, when these group of minority about 2 to 3 % of the population dont get their way they appeal to judical activism to force their believe on those who disagree with them such as the case of the California Supreme Court Decision. It is really a tragedy for us Christians when we fall asleep at the wheels because of : too busy ? Christians should not mix with politics? Our world is not here? Really?
It should also be noted that when we disagree: suddenly we are forcing our morality, we are bigots, narrow minded. Tell me who is really a bigot, narrow minded, intolerant, forcing their YES -- THEIR MORALITY-- on us by ACTIVIST JUDICIAL FIAT !!!!

Hallmark has now cards catering to homosexuals. Let us pause and see the big picture.
Homosexual Agenda is to have:
1) Corporate America on side their side.
2)Use Judical Activism to force their agenda on the American people. Judicial activism is ruling by judges as 'law' instead of interpreting law. Judges do not make laws of the land. It is the legislators that we the people elect--they are suppose to represent us.
3)Redefine Marriage as any two consenting adults who "love" each other, instead of between a man and a woman in love.
4) Get rid of religion by either silencing them or infiltrate and convince them them God loves everyone and does not condem the practice of homosexuals.
Let me give you some examples.
In 1999 meeting between then President Clinton and elected homosexual elected officials: " the officials want to see job discrimination based on sexual orientation to be made illegal and crimes based on sexual orientation to be categorized as hate crimes. They also expressed hope for seeing a balance struck between protections ofr religious liberty and civil rights." " Diversity of religious beliefs should be respected as long as they don't influence public policy that should treat all people fairly." What is not said is when two worldviews are diametrically opposite, these radical activists will silenced the other to win and the rights of one group will trump the rights of the other.

As Christians --millions of Christian parents drop their children off at their public school and are totally unaware of the indoctrination their children receive, urging them to reject their parents beliefs and accept, be tolerant for homosexual behavior. "My Family" from San Francisco Unified School District teach kids that all families are ok ie three dads, two moms. Some school. How many Christians know about: AB 196, AB 1475, SB 225 and the latest A.B 2567-- they want May 22 to be a special day for Harvey Milk a homosexual deceased. How many will actually call 1-916-445-2841 to VETO the bill. It is still not too late.
Where do they get all these money and time to promote their agenda. Ford foundation, Gill foundation, National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Lambda Legal Defense Education Fund, PFLAG, 98 Natgional Gay and Lesbian Task Force Ploicy Institute.
The essential question: How did we get to this point? Christians asleep at the wheels will end up in lifesupport system!!
What can we do. Educate yourselves in terms of how to combat their agenda ie. tolerance, want same rights like you and I, Bible allows the practice of Homosexuals by twisting, spinning the Scriptures.
